Getting ill

April has approached and we getting ready to spend a weekend in Gansbaai to celebrate my Birthday. The boys (grandchildren) love Gansbaai - and so does Grandpa. Fishing, braai and a few beers - great family times and memories.

The month started with me feeling ill and weak. A lump had formed in my neck that the doctors could not explain but booked me off work for a few weeks. My arms started to feel weak and my lifting of heavy objects became impossible.

I was ill but had no idea what was wrong.
